Bernice’s therapy work with her clients span over a wide range of issues, from emotion regulation, relationship issues, to stress and burnout. Having also worked with both C-suite executives and general employees, her experience in corporate and organisational psychology has also made her an established executive coach with a passion for helping clients with career transitions, as well as communication and motivation issues at work. Why do we need counselling?

Magnifying-glass.png

Seek validity and clarity

Contrary to popular belief, counselling is not only for those in distress. Counselling serves as a way to help you process your emotions healthily, navigate difficult life situations or simply provide a support system to help you lead a fulfilling life.

Embark on a path of self-discovery

Counselling provides you with the opportunity to learn about yourself and gain a greater understanding into your personality, values, and beliefs.

Life-Skills-Icon.png

Learn effective skills for life

Counselling teaches you a range of life skills, from problem-solving to conflict resolution skills. A trained counsellor or therapist can work with you to learn and practice these skills in a safe space, ultimately setting you up for better overall wellness in life.
